DESCRIPTION:This group is open to all adults and teens interested in training for the 10th annual Bethel Rotary/MKA 5K on May 17\, 2025. All proceeds from the 5K support youth programming in our community! \n\n\n\nJoin us on Sunday mornings beginning 4/6 at 8:30 for a free group training run. We will meet at the Gemini Cafe. Be ready to run at 8:30 (so get your coffee and muffin beforehand). All experience levels are welcome. We will take time to warm up properly with dynamic stretching and an easy jog. Groups will naturally form based on experience and goals. We will include some strength training specific to runners and talk about proper fueling and hydration. \n\n\n\nPlease register here.

DESCRIPTION:Monday Morning Roller Ski is open to experienced Nordic skiers\, adults and teenagers\, who want to get out with a group and focus on keeping fit over the summer. We will meet at Valentine Farm on North Road on Monday Mornings at 8:00 AM beginning June 2\, 2025. Participants must be NENSA members in order to be covered by our club liability insurance.
