Strength and Conditioning Registration
Strength and Conditioning is for any adult or teenager who is interested in getting stronger and fitter whether for a specific sport or for overall health and wellness. Participants must be NENSA members in order to be covered by our club liability insurance. Classes are offered Tuesday evenings 6-7pm and Friday mornings 7:30-8:30am. There will NOT be Strength Class on 8/5, 8/12, or 8/15.
