Speed Development Program
This is a 7-week Speed Development Program for runners beginning Sunday 4/12 . This should be a fun and rewarding program designed to develop speed, refine running form, and build fitness. There are three sessions each week. We will meet as a group for two sessions each week (Sunday mornings at 9am and Tuesday evenings at 5pm). The third session will be ‘on your own’ (details provided). If you can only make one group session each week, details will be provided so you can run the other two sessions on your own. This program can be adapted somewhat based on current training but is not meant as an ‘off the couch’ program. Open to adults and HS runners.
